Credit Card Purchases

When you make a reservation you will automatically enter into an agreement with #request.siteCompany# and you are responsible for payment. We take our responsibility regarding your credit card information seriously. Your credit card information is securely sent to #request.siteCompany# using industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details.

Privacy Policy

#request.siteCompany# respects your privacy. The information we request when making your reservation is required to offer you a professional service. We will not give your personal information to third parties beyond what is requred to process your payment and secure your reservation. Your contact data is used to make your reservation, or to contact you about your reservation. Your name must be given to the resort in order to identify you upon arrival. Your telephone number and email may be needed to contact you in case of an issue with the reservation.

We do our best to ensure that all information provided on this Web site is accurate but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

Cancellation / Return Policy

Please be aware that due to our pricing structure and our agreements with resorts we are unable to honor any cancellations or refunds. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment.

Use and Occupancy

Purchaser agrees that occupancy limits will be strictly adhered to and that the purchaser, or guests of the purchaser, understand that these limits are not to be exceeded. Purchaser agrees to be responsible for damages by those utilizing the accommodations as the result of this agreement, and also abide by all rules and regulations established by any resort. Fees included in total charges for accommodations include sales and use taxes for properties within the Continental United States and will be submitted to the proper agencies as required by #request.siteCompany#. It is understood that additional taxes, fees, utility charges, etc. may be payable upon arrival at the resort (especially outside the Continental U.S.) and are not payable through Hemisphere Vacations.
